At ShansWerkt, we believe in opportunities beyond work. Our mission is to accompany newcomers, especially Ukrainian displaced persons, to a new start in the Netherlands. We offer more than just work: we create perspective through personal guidance, language support and attention to development. Together with committed employers, we provide sustainable matches in which people can grow from entry-level jobs to work at their own level. This is how we contribute to an inclusive society where everyone can participate and be of significance.

Meet the team
Annemieke
Annemieke Hermans has worked in the staffing industry for 15 years. For the past 10 years, she has specialized in the social field, with a focus on vulnerable populations. As integral project manager, she was responsible for the physical reception sites and social aspect of Ukrainian Displaced Persons for four municipalities. She brings that broad perspective to everything we do at Shans.
Vladimir
Vladimir Chebotarev is from Ukraine and knows firsthand what it means to start over in the Netherlands. He speaks the language, knows the culture and has in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations regarding residence, work and integration. He is a trusted point of contact for newcomers with practical questions and offers a listening ear.
Sjors
Sjors Berends has in-depth experience in the staffing industry and knows better than anyone to make the right match between employer and candidate. He builds strong relationships, shifts gears quickly and understands what companies and people need. Whether for temporary or long-term deployment, Sjors stands for quality, clarity and lasting cooperation
