Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I log in to claim my hours?
Hours can be claimed through the My One hours portal. Click here to log in.
When do I get paid?
We use a weekly, 4-weekly or monthly payment frequency. By default, we pay out your hours every Wednesday and no later than Thursday after the week worked (if paid weekly). If you get paid every 4 weeks, we pay the hours for weeks 1 to 4 by Thursday in week 5. With monthly payments, you will be paid on the Wednesday of the first full week of the new month. Via this link you will find a pay calendar with all paydays.
What should I do if I am sick?
Reporting sick
If you are sick you must report this to the company where you are employed and to One on the first day of illness before 9:30 a.m. This can only be done by phone at 020-8451074. We really appreciate it if you also notify your contact person at ShansWerkt. The day of notification counts as the first day of illness. Report sick too late? Then the period until you report sick is considered unpaid leave.
Reporting better
Are you recovered? When you have recovered and return to work at the hirer, you must report this to ONE at telephone number 020-8451074 and also please report to ShansWerkt.
